The Hero's Quest is a call to action for successful men who find themselves at a crossroads in their lives. Our men have functioned as powerful leaders, role models, mentors, fathers, providers, and/or partners. They have made a difference in their sphere of influence and are interested in having an even greater impact in the lives of those who are near and dear to them, in the community, their businesses or the world at-large.
The classic archetypal hero's journey is sparked by an inner call to action which deeply shakes a man from the slumber of his familiar day to day existence. The call may be a traumatic event like an impending divorce, or the need for a dramatic shift in career focus. The call could be a situation which sparks the realization that life is fragile and can be unexpectedly interrupted at any moment.
Sometimes a man finds himself immobilized by feelings of apathy and indecisiveness. For him the call may be the realization that he has allowed his fears of breaking through his "nice guy" persona to keep him from fully engaging with life.
However he is called into the quest, he comes to realize that the life he is living is out of
sync with the man he knows himself to be. At The Hero’s Quest we respond to a man’s urgent need to gain greater clarity about his life’s direction, and breakthrough whatever is holding him back from living life as the confident, authentic, passionate man and partner he knows himself to be.
To live life as a hero is to relish the incredible adventure that life holds; to align your actions with your core beliefs; to live from a place of deep personal integrity, authenticity and awareness; to balance your needs with the needs of others; and to be the type of man who attracts and maintains loving and supportive relationships.
While sometimes the situations which warrant heroic acts are monumental, more often, it is the day to day choices of life which invite heroism.
